I will – use my knowledge of Interior Design to help you in making your home more attractive to the buyer.

I will – submit your home and its statistics to the multiple Listing System, along with a paragraph on the benefits of your home and why it is “special”.

I will – prepare a “detailed feature” flyer on your home, detailing the benefits, to give to prospective buyers.

I will – promote your home to the other brokers when they call asking for showing instructions, and get feedback from them.

I will – advertise to prospective buyers by doing a personal mailing to your neighborhood, placing ads in the local papers, doing a virtual tour of your home on the internet, and other proven advertising techniques.

I will – promise you that any prospective buyer for your home will be a qualified buyer and capable of the purchase.

I will – also promise you that I will follow up before and after the closing, so that a smooth and successful closing will take place.
